Q. How does your membership work?
We are a fully interactive Internet-based private travel & vacation club network provider offering “Member Only” direct access to more than 5,000 quality resorts on a worldwide basis. SG Resorts is committed to making every member’s vacation dream a reality based on each member’s personal vacation budget requirements.
Q. How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
You are able to make reservations at your destination resort often in less than 48 hours in advance. Our “Members Only” Website allows you to see exactly what is available, the rates and allows you to book and pay for the resort of your choice in a matter of just a few minutes.
Q. How long does it take for a confirmation?
You will be notified within 72 hours by email. A hard copy of your accommodation request confirmation usually takes between 10-14 days thru the regular postal service mail system. If you do not receive your written confirmation within this time, please contact our customer service representative listed on the website.
Q. Can I change my check-in date once booked?
Unfortunately, No. Once you are confirmed your arrival date can’t be changed or canceled. The resorts do not allow us to make changes as this is one of the key reasons we are able to provide below wholesale rates for the accommodations
we provide our members. We purchase specific, non-cancelable once requested by our membership.
Q. What if a destination is not on your website?
We often have access to additional locations from time to time and we always attempt to secure the best rates for our members for any resort requests that are not within our Club’s Network. If possible, we will get you the best price at the resort you request but this may often take upwards of 72 hours to complete.
Q. What if I don’t want to use the website? What can I do?
Members are always welcome to call the customer service department by telephone to review any future reservation request. What makes us so great is our fully interactive “Members Only” website but we can still do things the old fashion way if need be.
